Measurements matter! These are the maximum measurements. We took them while laying the costume flat on the table and stretching the neck and bottom sections to see how far they will stretch. Please check the measurements of your dog before purchasing to make sure it will fit around his/her torso.
In house measurements:
Neck: 7" while laying flat - stretches to a maximum of 7" (so, 14" round)
Bottom section: 9.5" while laying flat - stretches to a maximum of 9.5" (so 19" round)
Bottom section also has elastic for a slightly tighter fit.
